You care about the wellbeing of your people. We know that because if you didn't, you wouldn't be here. You'll likely have a number of policies and services in place already, but you want to increase engagement in them, and create a organisation full to the brim of healthy, happy, and engaged people.
As a society we’ve never been better technologically connected, yet despite this isolation and loneliness have been on the increase for decades. In fact, its estimated to cost UK employers over £2.5 billion every year in employee turnover and lost productivity.
The Covid-19 pandemic has only accelerated this issue.
Now that we’re starting to venture out of our homes once more, what’s key is that however we structure our working practices going forward, whether it be the office full time, part time, or not at all, we need to ensure colleagues are able to connect with one another authentically.
If we truly want to create a winning culture within our organisations, we need to start with connection and purpose.
